By booking any class, event, retreat, workshop, or service with Flourish with Deborah, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
At Flourish with Deborah all bookings are final.
Due to the nature of our events and the significant upfront costs involved in delivering each experience (including venue hire, staff, equipment, travel and preparation time), our overheads remain the same regardless of attendance. For this reason, we operate a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.
BOOKINGS
All bookings must be made in advance through our approved booking platform.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes:
- missed sessions
- inability to attend
- change of mind
- illness
- travel disruption
- scheduling conflicts
- late arrival
- weather-related personal travel issues
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person, another event, another date, or exchanged for credit.
Please only book if you are fully committed to attending.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time.
Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun, in order to protect the experience, safety, and relaxation of other guests.
Late arrivals remain non-refundable.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
All services are strictly for guests aged 18 and over unless otherwise explicitly stated.

PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By booking, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by Deborah and her team.
Guests must be physically able to enter and exit venues safely, including poolside environments where applicable.
Flourish with Deborah reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest appears unsuitable, unwell, intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to participate safely.
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

HEALTH & WELLBEING
Flourish with Deborah provides wellness experiences intended to support relaxation and wellbeing.
Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Guests are responsible for ensuring participation is suitable for their own health circumstances.
Where relevant, guests must disclose any health conditions that may affect participation.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY FLOURISH WITH DEBORAH
In rare circumstances, Flourish with Deborah may need to amend, postpone, relocate, or cancel a session due to operational, venue, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Where this happens, an alternative date, credit, or suitable resolution will be offered at our discretion.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
Valuables must not be left poolside.
Flourish with Deborah accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

All website content, branding, imagery, class concepts, trademarks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Flourish with Deborah unless otherwise stated.
